Verde Valley Archaeology Camp Verde, AZ   Immerse yourself in Native American CultureImmerse yourself in Native American culture next weekend in Camp Verde, Arizona.The Verde Valley Archaeology Center hosts the Annual Festival of Native American Film and the American Indian Art Show, both of which will be taking place next weekend starting September 28th and ending on September 30th, 2012. 2012Selection Camp Verde, AZ   Immerse yourself in Native American CultureThe Native American Film Festival provides a venue for feature films, shorts, videos and documentaries of USA American Indian and Canada First Nation communities. 2012 Film Selections:Search for the World’s Best Indian Taco, More Than Frybread, The Killer Whale and the Crocodile, Navajo Master Weaver: Clara Sherman “From Sheep to Rugs”, Canicula,and Reel Injun. Festival American Indian Arts Camp Verde, AZ   Immerse yourself in Native American CultureThe Verde Valley Archaeology Center recognizes the American Indian heritage of the Verde Valley with an annual Festival of American Indian Art for artists from throughout Arizona and the Southwest. The event promotes greater public appreciation and understanding of American Indian artistry, encourages artistic achievement in a variety of media and establishes a stronger market for American Indian art.
