Fiesta del Tlaquepaque 2 Fiesta Del Tlaquepaque this Weekend in Sedona, ArizonaThe charming plazas, patios, and streets of Tlaquepaque in Sedona, Arizona will be dressed in a festive wash of color, music, and dancing in the spirit of old Mexico this Saturday, September 14th, for the 40th Annual Fiesta Del Tlaquepaque! This Free Sedona event is a guest favorite and if you are staying at the Best Western Plus Inn of Sedona we will be more than happy to drop you off and pick you up from this family fun fiesta in our Complimentary “About Town” Sedona Shuttle.

The event kicks off at 10:00 am when the Mariachi La Familia Rojas start roaming the streets filling the air with the sounds of Mexico. And you definitely don’t want to miss Ballet Folklorico, a traditional dance troupe of all ages (the youngsters are adorable). Dancers in bright, colorful swirling fabric delight spectators year after year. The dances represent stories and traditions from the villages of Old Mexico. Their performance times are 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm in Patio La Fuente.

There will also be flamenco dancers, sultry rhythms of Latin percussion and the beautiful vocals of Andres Martinez, face painting and cool balloon twisting for kids and adults and a special performance by the Jaleo Band!
