39th Annual “Fiesta del Tlaquepaque”

Make your plans today to visit Sedona, Arizona on September the 8th, 2012 for the 39th Annual “Fiesta del Tlaquepaque,” a celebration of Mexican Independence Day.The Spirit of old Mexico fills the grounds at Tlaquepaque as lively mariachis, the heart-pounding rhythms and beats of Flamenco dancers, and the mouth-watering tastes of Mexico fill the day.

Internationally acclaimed guitarist, Gabriel Ayala will perform in Patio de las Campanas from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, during the day-long Fiesta. As an accomplished classical musician who is pioneering a new generation of Native American musicians, Ayala was recognized as the Native American Music Awards 2011 “Artist of the Year” and Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards 2011 and 2010 “Best International Album” award recipient.

Back by popular demand for Fiesta Del Tlaquepaque this year Ritmo Latino! This musical group will be performing in Patio de las Campanas from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and will enchant you with the rhythms of acoustic guitar, saxophone, and percussion. This group is always a crowd favorite and should not to be missed!
