Well, this weekend Slide Rock State Park will be having their family fun Fall Festival, Red Rocks Oktoberfest will be taking place at Posse Grounds Park and October 1st marks the beginning of Ales on Rails at the Verde Canyon Railroad! Oh, and it is also Sedona’s First Friday Evening in the Galleries and the Jerome Art Walk high on top of Cleopatra Hill. So what are you waiting for? Ales on Rails at the Verde Canyon Railroad
October 1st – 4th, 2015
alesThe amber glow of the autumn season is matched by the rich ales, lagers and stouts of Verde Canyon Railroad’s Ales on Rails taking place every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October! The party starts at 11:00 am with a hearty luncheon on the patio. A festive selection of German sausages, sauerkraut, potato salad, pretzels and strudel, are served up to the tune of a rollicking polka serenade. The 1:00pm train horn signals the continuation of the party as it moves onto the rails, with specialty beers available aboard the train including Verde Canyon Railroad’s own private-labeled brews, crafted locally by the renowned Oak Creek Brewery. Red Rock Oktoberfest

RROFThe Rotary Club of Sedona Red Rocks is hosting the Red Rocks Oktoberfest on at the Posse Grounds Park. This traditional German celebration of the harvest season features 10+ local brewers showcasing their finest beers. This event moved locations to the park to allow for a longer event, more people, better views, parking, food, etc! A portion of all proceeds benefit the Rotary Club of Sedona Red Rocks.
