Wow, the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona are going to be rocking this weekend! The Humming Bird Festival kicks off Friday, there will be live entertainment at Sound Bites Grill, Olde Sedona Bar and Grill and the Mary D. Fisher Theatre, a guided moonlight hike at Red Rock State Park, a special evening at Montezuma Castle, the Jerome Art Walk will be taking place and more! Sedona Humming Bird FestivalThe Sedona Hummingbird Festival is always held the first weekend in August, when Sedona’s hummingbird population is highest and most diverse. Enjoy three days of presentations by hummingbird experts from around the world in the modern, air-conditioned Sedona Performing Arts Center! Guided Moonlight Hike
Including Blue Moon Telescopic Viewing

The Moonlight Hike is among the most popular interpretive hikes at the Park. Led by a naturalist, it gives hikers the rare opportunity to enjoy the sunset and moon rise from an overlook and return by the light of the moon, while also having the chance to learn about Sedona and its surrounding areas.The hike lasts two to 2 1/2 hours and covers a distance of approximately two miles. Reservations are required, please call 928.282.6907 to reserve your spot. A $5.00 reservation fee is required as well as an entry fee upon arrival. Night Creatures of Montezuma CastleMontezuma

Montezuma Castle National Monument would like to invite the public to their park for an evening with their night creatures. The trail will feature informational booths, activities, and a Junior Ranger program. There is also a full moon that evening to light your way! He quickly built up a strong following performing in most every live music club in Manhattan including: The Bitter End, CBGB’s, Cat Club, Cafe Wah, Birdland etc. His original music is composed with a fusion of world influences consisting of Classical, Flamenco, Jazz, Near Eastern, R&B, Celtic, Rock, New Age and Medieval.
