For your convenience, the Sedona Trolley provides free transportation to venture from art gallery to art gallery. If you are staying at the Best Western PLUS Inn of Sedona, we also offer our guest free shuttle service to Uptown Sedona and the Tlaquepaque Arts and Craft Village. All of the exhibits and artist receptions for 1st Friday run from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Ken Rowe GalleryA life-size bear with arms extended in a welcoming gesture. A regal mountain lion. The mythical jackalope. A bugling elk. The horse in repose. These are just a few of the bronze sculptures that renowned artist Joshua Tobey will bring with him when he returns to the Gallery! This is Joshua’s only Arizona show in 2015 and his only appearance anywhere this spring. Joshua loves interacting with art enthusiasts and telling the stories behind his creations. Andrea SMith GalleryAndrea Smith Gallery Presents Kurt Wenner
Kurt Wenner, one of the most recognized artists ever to exhibit in Sedona, is an American artist with an international following. While most known for the invention of interactive 3D pavement art illusions, his work also includes large-scale oil paintings, ceramic murals, sculptures, decorative elements, and architectural designs for public and private clients in more than 30 countries. This month, Sedona Arts Center brings together artists who strive to go beyond the ordinary in their mediums. Gretchen Lopez is known for her figurative Native American paintings and exciting plein air landscapes. Christine Debrosky has a luminous quality within her pastels while Linda Sherman’s watercolors simply flow. Mariann Leahy has taken her ceramic work in an entirely unique direction while April Bower continues to create brilliant one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. Turquoise Tortoise Gallery is proud to present “Larry Witt: Segmented Turning” as its featured artist for SGA First Friday in the Galleries event! The impressive wood vessels created by artist Larry Witt are made up of as many as 5,000 pieces of wood; each vessel a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. “Segmented turning is a small part geometry and tons of patience and imagination,” the artist notes. For Larry Witt the attraction of turning wood is that there is absolutely no limit to what he can create; his challenge is only to transfer his many ideas into designs. The monthly tradition of Jerome First Saturday Art Walk has taken root and will blossom once again this spring with new artists and studios as well as Jerome’s exciting and well-known galleries. Every first Saturday, the creative community of Jerome is pleased to host an evening of art, music and entertainment with open studios and galleries displaying local, regional and national artistic treasures.
