15th Annual Thunder Valley Rally – Cottonwood, AZ
September 18th – 20th, 2015
Thunder ValleyVisit Bootleg Capital of Arizona, historic Cottonwood, AZ for the 15th annual Thunder Valley Rally! Thunder Valley Rally will provide you with breathtaking rides through the Verde Valley, Bootlegging Poker Run (registration fee), “Lucky Penny” Bike Show and an awesome line up of free live concerts including George Thorogood & The Destroyers, and more! Sedona Airport Family Fun Day

Enjoy some free family fun at Sedona Airport Day! This event will feature cool classic automobiles and trucks and aircraft of all vintages including former military, antique, home built, and brand new aircraft. Food, beverages and “surprise” entertainment will be at the event. This is also a fly-in for pilots in the southwest. Sedona Airport invites all to fly in and meet and greet the public and fellow pilots. If you are a guest of the Inn of Seodna, leave the driving to us, we will be happy to drop you off and pick you up from this event. Annual Yavapai-Apache Nation Cultural Awareness Day
September 19th, 2015 (10:30 am – 3:00 pm)
Yavapai-Apache NationThroughout the day there will be performances by the Bird Dancers, Gourd Singers, and the Crown Dancers at Red Rock State Park. There will also be guest speakers including Gertrude Smith Director of Cultural Resources among others. Nation arts and crafts vendors will be selling their wares and various types of delicious Indian fry bread will be served. Don’t miss out!!! Parking is limited so please carpool if possible. Folding chairs and or blankets are recommended for your viewing comfort. The City of Sedona is sponsoring Sedona residents to get in free with applicable ID. All others only pay regular park admission fees of $5.00 per adult (14 and up), $3.00 per youth (7-13) and children (0-6) are always free. For more information please visit Red Rock State Park.

Live Performance – ‘The Heart of a Gypsy Troubadour’

Renowned entertainer Richard Byford will bring his live stage show “The Heart of a Gypsy Troubadour” from production consultant Lindsay Wagner to the Mary D. Fisher Theater for two special shows! His Sedona stop is part of a tour across the country. Richard Byford has had a dream for many years of writing, producing and performing in his own one-man theatrical production. He has distilled his many adventures across Europe and America, his battle with cancer, and the motley crew of characters he has encountered over the years into a solo performance like no other. He performs stories from his travels — highlighted with original songs — in this heartfelt and sometimes very personal look into “The Heart of a Gypsy Troubadour”.
