What a perfect weekend to visit Sedona, Arizona and to welcome the 30 very talented artists participating in the Sedona Plein Air Festival. The weather forecast for this weekend is looking good with a high of 82 on Saturday and 79 on Sunday. We do want to remind everyone that the night time and early morning temps are chilly so we advise packing a light jacket if you are visiting us this weekend.
The Main Street Paint Out will kick of this years festival on Saturday, October 18th. This event give you a chance to see the artist at work while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Sedona. You will find the artists at work all along uptown Sedona on both sides of 89A starting at 1:00 pm. Then at 4:00 pm, in front of the Sedona Arts Gallery you will be able to purchase the artists creations and awards will be presented by Guerrilla Painter and Gamblin Oils. Each artist brings 6 completed paintings from their own region to display in the Sedona Arts Center’s Special Exhibition Gallery and adjoining Theatre Studio.
